SUP Junkie

My name is Mike Rauber and I am a self proclaimed SUP Junkie! Just for any friends that don’t know, SUP is a popular acronym for “Stand Up Paddle” surfing. As a novice stand up racer and surfer I just wanted to have a simple forum to share my experiences surfing, racing and traveling.

I started paddle surfing in April of 2010 and I’ve been hooked ever since. I can be found most often either paddling my 12’6 Custom Infinity Race Board in San Diego Bay or Surfing on my Stamps 9’10 or Paddle Surf Hawaii 11’0 at the Pit in Coronado.

In 2011 I have travel plans to SUP in several countries including Mexico, British West Indies, British Virgin Islands, FIJI, and Hawaii. Join me as I have the good fortune of participating in some epic races and surfing around the globe. [Read More …]
